In our music video so far we have a lot of performance shots focusing on our lead performer, Alphie. The music video is just over 3 minutes long so to separate the performance we discussed an idea inspired by the graffiti background in the shots, the pattern on Alphie's clothing and the artwork on the wall. We are going to create a stencil of the band name "garbage". We will shoot a variety of camera shots showing the spray painting over the stencil but not revealing what it is going to say until the end of the song.
We also had the idea to get a sheet of transparent material such as glass or plastic and to place it in front of the camera lens and spray over it like the camera is being "blinded" with the paint.
